MINNEAPOLIS BRANCH HAS FAR OUTREACH
Rev. Nathan Knibb, our Assistant Director for Shalom Scripture Studies happily inform us that The LORD is blessing the Minneapolis ministry in a variety of ways. Just the other day, a couple going to the Middle East came by the Minneapolis office requesting many copies of our little booklet 'Shalom is a Hebrew word that means Peace' for distribution in The Land of Israel.
What a blessing it is to know that The LORD does continue blessing our efforts for The Kingdom of GOD as we are steadfast (firm in our belief and determination) to present the claims of our Messiah "to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile". (Romans 1:16)
Rev. Knibb also inform us of good attendance during the three weekly meetings, as well as inquiries from our local television programs.
We have been blessed by a few new people at our services held Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. in our little Chapel at 44-A Lee Blvd. We were so pleased to see a Russian Jewish lady come back to our services after an absence of a few months. She owns a manicurist shop locally, and many of her customers are Jewish.
NEW SHALOM OFFICE TO OPEN IN FLORIDA
The latest blessing to our Shalom Scripture Studies growing family is the 'new' branch office that will open in November of this year in Naples, Florida. Our Minister of Media and his dear family will make their transition from Minneapolis to Naples in just a short while with the blessings of our LORD.
Your prayers and support are essential before The LORD in order for us not only to establish this new work of ministry, but also to receive the needed help from above with GOD's direction and blessing.
Rev. Jack Molloy will head this new branch of Shalom Scripture Studies in Naples, Florida, therefore we do ask for your support as he and his dear family acclimate to a new place and new neighbors.
Our internet site (www.shalom-peace.com) will be emanating from Naples, Florida under the direction of Dr. and Mrs. Hidalgo and operated by Rev. Jack Molloy. This is a wonderful way to proclaim The Word of GOD world wide through the world wide web as we already have received over 5,400 inquiries from every continent around the globe. Thank you LORD for allowing us the privilege of proclaiming your Holy Word in so many ways during these last days.
If you would like to encourage us in this new venture before our LORD, please do so as He directs your heart. We thank you in advance.
LET'S GO TO THE LAND OF ISRAEL
If you are interested in joining us for a '10 day' tour of the Land of Israel during 1999 (perhaps late spring or early fall) please let us know so that we can start planning and preparing for a tour group from both the Savannah, GA and Minneapolis, MN area. Our departure to Israel will probably be from New York City.
We sincerely need to know as to your interest and also how many will be in your party (i.e. husband and wife or friends, etc.).
Dr. and Mrs. Hidalgo are proficient in taking tours of people to the Land of Israel as they have already had the pleasure of leading several tour groups in the past few years. They themselves have lived in Israel (1983) and are very knowledgeable about the land and people of this beautiful and blessed Land.
You are probably thinking about the cost! Well, we surely will keep the entire cost to a bare bones minimum, without compromising the total quality of the tour. We suspect that the entire tour which includes: the flight, the hotels, the meals, the touring, etc. to be not more than $2,500.00 per person and hopefully even less. We will surely work hard to keep the cost down. And of course, you will have the personal care and guidance of Rev. and Mrs. Elias Hidalgo throughout the entire tour.
So, please let us know if you are sincerely interested and together we will be blessed by being in the Land that our LORD loves so very much.
