Dear Associate Member of Shalom,

We thank the Lord for your faithfulness to our ministry that reaches out to a lost and dying world.

Your prayerful support for the month of September was received with gratitude to your response unto our Blessed Lord's call.

Can you imagine, another 'Jewish' year has gone by; we are now at the beginning of the New Year of 5769.

The world and the things therein are rapidly changing, some for good and some not so good.

One thing we do know, according to the Word of God, and that is, that the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ is at the door, therefore we say, 'even so, come Lord Jesus' (Revelation 22).

This month at all three Shalom Chapels we will be observing: Rosh Ha-Shanah (Feast of Trumpets), Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement), and, Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles), they all fall within the first three weeks of October, 2008, and, they are found in the Book of Leviticus 23.

It is these three Feast days that our Lord Y'shua (Jesus) will completely fulfill when he returns to this earth in the very near future after gathering His children (the Church) in the air, and then, He will establish His Kingdom in Jerusalem, Israel. He will then establish and usher in the Millennial reign. Wow, how exciting is that!

In these days of uncertainty in our beloved Country, please ask the Lord to guide you in selecting and voting for our new President and Vice-President. We know that the ones that He desires to lead us for the next four years will come to pass according to His Good, Acceptable and Perfect will (Romans 12 and 13).

The Lord bless each one of you for His Name's sake. Shalom, Shalom,
