Thank you for your prayers and support you have afforded us during the month of October, 2005. Your tithes/offerings were graciously received.
 
‘Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved’.
 
The above verse is found in Romans 10:1, and it urges us to continue the work that God has called us to do, and that is, being a voice of hope through the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ our Lord, ‘to the Jew first, and also to the Greek (Gentile)’. (Romans 1:16)
 
Our ministry locations in Minneapolis, Naples and Savannah are doing the necessary and the ‘possible’ in reaching out through our weekly services, literature distribution, television programs, and finally, our web site that is looked into from locations all over the world, while we must remember that it is The Lord that always performs the ‘impossible’.
 
In the midst of the hustle-bustle world that we live in, we want to share with you a portion of a prayer that Nehemiah elevated to our Lord that might be useful for each one of us in these days that we are living, ‘O LORD, I beseech thee, let now thine ear be attentive to the prayer of thy servant, … who desire to fear thy name: and prosper, I pray thee, thy servant this day, and grant him ‘mercy’ …’ (Nehemiah 1: 11).
 
Here is our home made acrostic definition of the word ‘mercy’,
Messiah’s – Everlasting – Righteousness – Cleansing – You -.
 
Here it is, the ‘impossible’ that we mentioned above, that only God can do in the heart of any individual, when they truly and with all their heart turn to the Saviour as their Lord. The Lord Jesus spoke about this in John chapter three, ‘Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God’ … ‘Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again’.
 
We encourage each one of you, not to give up, but rather, remember the Scripture,‘And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not’ (Galatians 6:9).
