Dear Associate Member,
We want to thank you for your tithes/offerings during the month of December, 2003. We thank you so very much, and may the Lord bless you abundantly.
As we reflect back on this past year of 2003, we are reminded of these words found in the book of Acts, chapter 14 and verse 17, ... 'in that He (God) did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.' Surely, we can echo the words of the Apostle Saul-Paul in the above verse as we recognize the might and power of The Almighty God in each and every one of us during this past year. How wonderful and gracious is our Saviour Y'shua (Jesus), in providing and sustaining each one of His children in a spiritual, physical and financial way. We join the Psalmist... (145: 21), ...'My mouth shall speak the praise of The LORD: and let all flesh bless His holy Name for ever and ever'.
Now, as we embark on this New Year of 2004, first of all we wish each one a blessed and happy New Year, (In Hebrew it sounds this way, L'Shanah Tovah). Also, we want to encourage you as well as ourselves with this beautiful thought from Acts 14: 22, ...'to continue in the faith'. Since only The Lord knows what lies ahead of us these next twelve months, we must walk by faith, day by day. Unless The Lord returns for us before the end of 2004, then, many of the issues recorded in Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8 will be ours to experience. Here they are, ...'To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.'
We say before His Holy Name, ...'Help, LORD' (Psalm 12: 1). Until Next time, we say Shalom in The Love of our Messiah,
Dr. and Mrs. Elias E. Hidalgo
